Resolution Insight Group Corp. (“RIGC”) is a consulting firm. In this Privacy Policy the terms “Company”, “we” and “our” refer to RIGC, including all our agents and associates.

As part of our business operations, we collect and use certain personal information about our clients, including contact information such as name, address, email address and telephone number,  in order to process your requests, provide you with services and to understand your needs so that we can serve you better.  We use credit card information to process pay for services and other payments.  We may us demographic and profile data, combined with other publicly available information, to tailor online content according to your preferences.  In addition, we may use your personal information for the following purposes:

  •  To present our Website and its contents to you;
  • To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us;
  • To manage your client status;
  • To comply with your request for services and services rendered;
  • To Third Parties, following your consent, to complete requested services;
  • Facilitate participation in certain promotions and programs;

  • As necessary to our service providers that help us with our business operations;

  • Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

How long do we hold personal information?

Personal information is retained only for so long as is necessary for the purpose set out above. When no longer required, we will destroy, erase or de-personalize the information. Legal requirements may necessitate our retaining some or all of the personal information we hold for a period of time that is longer than we might otherwise hold it. Under some circumstances we may anonymize your personal information so that it can no longer be associated with you. We reserve the right to use such anonymous and de-identified data for any legitimate business purpose without further notice to you or your consent.

We maintain technological, organizational and physical safeguards in an effort to protect the personal information held by us from unauthorized use, access, disclosure, distribution, loss or alteration. Access to personal information will be restricted to our authorized personnel who require the information in order to perform their duties properly. In addition, access will be limited to only that information that is strictly necessary for the performance of those duties.  The same limitations are imposed upon our third party service providers.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website. Accessing personal information

We will generally respond to your request for information within thirty days, unless, for reasons beyond our control, a longer response time is necessary, in which case, you will be advised accordingly.   • Information protected by solicitor-client privilege.
  • Information that is part of a formal dispute resolution process.
  • Information that is about another individual that would reveal their personal information or confidential commercial information.
  • Information that is prohibitively expensive to provide.

Children Under the Age of 13

Our Website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Website or on or through any of its features/register on the Website, make any purchases through the Website, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this Website, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. We will reply as quickly as possible and inform you of the steps, if any, that have been or will be taken in order to address the concern or implement the suggestion.

RIGC emails

As a client or prospective client or former client, you will receive email communications from us to facilitate our services rendered and advise you of the programs and services that we offer.  If you wish to opt out of receiving future emails from us, you may do so by contacting us. Please allow us up to ten business days for us to process your request. Note that if you unsubscribe from of our emails, we may still contact you by email about any services rendered, or as otherwise permitted by law.

Third Party Links

Our Website may contain links to external websites. This Privacy Policy only applies to personal information that we collect and use on or through the Website. We are not responsible or liable for the content or activities of any linked websites, or for the privacy practices of third parties.
